Terms and Conditions
We are improving our Privileges program to offer more
rewards and benefits. The new program will commence in July. The
following changes to existing Privileges points and rewards are now in
effect as at 27th May, 2014:
All rewards currently in circulation are valid until
28th of June 2014. Members are invited to redeem their rewards prior to
this date. Rewards can be redeemed as usual on all David Lawrence
clothing and accessories. See full conditions below.
No further points or
rewards will be issued within the current program. All existing points
have been converted to rewards have been converted to rewards to ensure
all our members have the opportunity to redeem their outstanding loyalty
points.These rewards are subject to
the normal reward conditions and will expire on 28th June,
All other relevant
terms and conditions are listed below.
David Lawrence Privileges is valid at all David
Lawrence standalone stores, selected Myer and David Jones department
stores and online at davidlawrence.com.au.
Rewards can be redeemed in David Lawrence stores, at
David Lawrence in Myer and David Jones stores and online. However,
redemption of rewards may be limited for customers shopping overseas i.e.
Rewards earned within Australia or Online can be redeemed within Australia
or Online only. Rewards originating from New Zealand store purchases can
be redeemed in New Zealand only and cannot be redeemed online.
Rewards can be redeemed against all product purchases,
excluding gift vouchers. Rewards can only be used as a final payment to
conclude a lay-by, and cannot be used to start a lay-by or be used as
interim lay-by payments. Lay-by purchases only qualify for the rewards
program once the lay-by has been fulfilled.
Rewards may be redeemed once only and subsequent use of
a reward may be refused. Rewards applied to online purchases will be valid
only if not previously redeemed. Online order confirmation does not
validate use of a reward.
Rewards are held in the David Lawrence point of sale
system until redeemed, or expired.
David Lawrence Privileges members are entitled to a 30
day exchange or refund period, however if a refund transaction has
occurred during the 30 day exchange or refund period, any points and
rewards accumulated will be deducted.
David Lawrence may disable any points where a member
has not transacted using their Privileges member account for a period of 2
years or more.
David Lawrence will endeavour to contact members via
email to notify of rewards earned or due to expire, and points that are
due to expire, yet will not be liable if it does not. Any rewards that are
redeemed prior to a notification being received by the member may affect
the reward amount.
Information relating to members will be held in a
database and made available to all David Lawrence stores. By becoming a
David Lawrence Privileges member you consent to information being used for
communicating, marketing and other purposes relating to the David Lawrence
By joining the David Lawrence Privileges program you
accept these terms and conditions. The member card is not transferable and
remains the property of David Lawrence.
Privileges Member Cards may be replaced or upgraded in
David Lawrence may amend or replace these terms and
conditions at any time without notice. David Lawrence will endeavour to
notify all members of changes yet will not be liable if it does not.
