Terms and Conditions

  • Points earned and available rewards will appear on your receipt after each purchase.
  • The rewards are held in the David Lawrence Point of Sale system until redeemed.
  • All Privileges members are entitled to a 30 day exchange or refund period, however if a refund transaction has occurred during the 30 day exchange or refund period, any points accumulated will be deducted.
  • The rewards can only be used as a final payment to conclude a lay-by, and cannot be used to start a lay-by or be used as interim lay-by payments.
  • Lay-by purchases only qualify for the rewards program once the lay-by has been fulfilled.
  • By using the David Lawrence Privileges member card and remaining as a member, you accept to these terms and conditions. The member card is not transferable and remains the property of David Lawrence.
  • The David Lawrence Privileges program is valid at all David Lawrence standalone stores, (excluding outlet stores), within the country the card was issued.
  • The David Lawrence Privileges program is not valid at David Jones or Myer department stores in Australia. No Privileges points will accumulate from any purchases made, nor can any points be redeemed in a David Jones or Myer department store.
  • The David Lawrence Privileges program is valid in the David Lawrence online store. Privileges points can be accumulated from all purchases made in the Online store. Privileges points can also be redeemed in the Online store.
  • David Lawrence may amend or replace these terms and conditions at any time without notice. David Lawrence will endeavour to notify all members of changes yet will not be liable if it does not.
  • Information relating to members will be held in a database and made available to all David Lawrence stores unless an opt out upon joining has been requested. By becoming a David Lawrence Privileges member you consent to information being used for communicating, marketing and other purposes relating to the David Lawrence Privileges program.
  • To continue to provide exclusive benefits to our David Lawrence Privileges program, cards that are inactive for 12 months or cards that have incorrect contact details will be disabled in the system. To update your membership card with new contact details or to re-enable your membership card, please visit any David Lawrence standalone store or info@davidlawrence.com.au. Any points on loyalty cards will not be deleted even if the card has been disabled.
